to play his tricks all over again.
With apparent flair the White House
he leased to a cattle rancher
a $100k deposit placed
in the hands of this genteel chancer
He almost sold off Liberty
for a one-off hundred grand
then five years penal servitude
but the cash he kept in hand
This tale of sly skulduggery
of urban myth and fable
so full of hoax and parable
where truth is inconceivable
