A Covid 19 Scene

This Covid 19 global pandemic has rocked society and cultures everywhere. The sheer number of lives lost will one day sadly be just a terrible statistic that may raise a few eyebrows. After all, the so called Spanish Flu pandemic means very little today. Along with the distressing loss of so many.,2020 has come disruption akin to the two world wars of the twentieth century without the aid of bombs and gunfire in trenches. Lockdown, a prison byword, has touched everybody and social distancing has turned village, towns and cities into vacant lots. I think it may serve memories of this time if we write our thoughts down as survivors who had to live through it all with guilty hope that things will one day return to normal.
