A million cans
of beans each day
enough to blow
ones mind away
questionably named
'Baked Beans' I say
Phaseolus vulgaris I say to you
not baked at all
but a 'Navy Bean' stew
be it breakfast, lunch
or supper for two
A morsel most toastful
a tastebud imbue
A folly to ignore
this accoutrement
exceptional beanfeast
most convenient
Unlike many fast foods
Most expedient
it has the wind in the
billows ingredient
