Among the many visitors
I’ve noticed shopping in our stores
There are some who seem oblivious
Scattering less than healthy spores
Unlike 'Mango Cat' at front of house
Who keeps a close eye on his fur
Cleaning preening feline gleaming
Greeting shoppers with a purr
The tills are ringing merrily
Abundant kitty kind of cash
As Mango checks one in and out
Will friendly pose as camera’s flash
Four years loyal service
A live-in resource in the house
Now thrown out among the pigeons
Giving free roam to the mouse
